We are looking for a Operations Manager
The Operations Manager is a leader and project manager in the areas of Operations, Safety & Digital Security, HR, and Finance with a talent for implementing sustainable and values-aligned practices that scale the impact of TEI’s mission. This position will work closely with the Operations Director in developing new systems and improving existing ones, leveraging their strong technology and relational skills within an organization that is scaling and changing to meet the needs of this moment.
